Biathlon FIS world cup event

Aircontact arranged charter flights for some 700 passengers, travelling to see the Biathlon FIS world cup in Rupholding. Using Boeing 737-800/300, Boeing 757-200 and Airbus A321, with a spacing of only 5 minutes per aircraft, we airlifted all the passengers within a short time frame. 



The event company arranging the event was challenged with a huge logistic nightmare, and we did our outmost to secure that at least the aircraft part of the job, was executed in a swift and professional way. Faced with potential weather problems, late arriving passengers, baggage handling challenges and bus transfer issues, the carriers and the event company did a tremendous job, securing the success for all travelling parties.
