Estonian Air carried 33 349 passengers in February

In February Estonian Air carried altogether 33 349 passengers, 29 553 of these on regular flights. The total number of passengers decreased 11% y-o-y, on regular flights 9.4%.

In February the market share of Estonian Air in the regular flights segment at Tallinn Airport was 42.1%, which is 1.2 percentage points lower y-o-y. The total market share (regular and charter flights) was 39.7%, which is 1.2 percentage points lower y-o-y.

In February Estonian Air operated 710 flights, which is 2.9 % less flights y-o-y. In February the regularity of Estonian Air was 96.4% and the 15-minute punctuality was 82.1%.

February was a remarkable month for Estonian Air: the airline received the prize for the most punctual airline in Schiphol at annual Schiphol Aviation Awards, where airlines were recognised for their exceptional performance in 2009.
