Relief help to the Lebanese people

Both during and after the war in Lebanon in July 06, the need for food and other relief items was critical. Aircontact organizes more than 10 flights ex Amsterdam with Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet freighters. All carriyng around 120 tons of cargo pr flight, it is easy to think the consequenses if the operation had failed. This is the typical charter operation Aircontact has experience to handle. Flying into war zones and airports in diffucalt areas. Our client, The International Committee of Red Cross, based in Geneva, Switzerland, chose Aircontact due to our reputation to deliver what we promise and on time.

On top of this Aircontact won the tender to transport 10 ambulances from the Norwegian Red Cross to Lebanon in the same period. This was also airlifted out of Amsterdam on a Boeing 747 freighter from Martin Air.
