The first Estonian Air SAAB 340 landed at Tallinn Airport yesterday evening

All flights with SAAB 340 aircraft will be operated by Estonian Air Regional, a 100% owned subsidiary of Estonian Air. Alltogether two SAAB 340 aircraft will serve the above routes.

„Until finalising necessary documents the Swedish company Golden Air will operate instead of Estonian Air Regional but the service on board is according to Estonian Air standard,“ specifies Rait Kalda, Estonian Air Vice President Operations.

The aircraft has comfortable cabin with leather seats. All flights will be operated with one service class with the service level depending on the destination. Flights from Tallinn to Vilnius and from Kuressaare to Stockholm will include meal service, while flights from Tallinn to Helsinki and Kuressaare will not include meal service due to the short flight time.
Flights between Tallinn and Vilnius will be operated 12 times per week, between Tallinn and Helsinki 19 times per week. The schedule has been designed to meet the demand of the Estonian market, by offering an early morning departure from Tallinn together with an evening return flight.

Flights from Tallinn to Kuressaare and from Kuressaare to Stockholm will be operated twice a week, enabling both longer Spa-holidays and weekend breaks.
