Movement Control
Aircontact always provides available movement reports to its clients so that everyone is updated on aircraft departure and estimated arrival time. This means the client can track the flight and everyone involved can make the necessary arrangements in good time. An all-too-common sight is a receiving party waiting for a flight but with no information; something we avoid at all costs. Where possible, we will also be present at the airport, ensuring that we always have the best possible information.

Safety and Responsibility
Since Aircontact is an air broker, the final contract will normally be prepared by the airline and the person/company chartering the aircraft. The airline must ensure that all certificates, insurance etc. comply with regulations, as overseen by the national civil aviation authorities. However, we also carry out our own reference checks. Aircontact acts as broker for all sorts of aircraft from all over the world. Our principals are kept updated on which companies are involved.

All payments for charter flights go to Aircontact, which takes care of onward payment to the airlines. Your financial exposure is thus minimized since you avoid paying large sums to unfamiliar airlines with foreign bank accounts.
